Batracote Type 3
Is a stable, cold applied, non-fibrated bitumen emulsion for priming and water-proofing of concrete floors and surfaces.
As a Primer: For masonry, concrete, thermal insulation and other porous construction surfaces. It is intended to seal porosity, control dusting and improve the application of subsequent bituminous coatings.
General Waterproofing: For use of concrete, cement, roofing felt, mastic asphalt, corrugated iron, slates tiles, lead, copper and zinc as a water and moisture barrier.
Mastic Binding: As a wearing course on industrial floors and for patching and resurfacing worn or uneven concrete floors, platforms or walkways.
